Camera Stuck on Language Setting DSC-W800

My Sony DSC-W800 seems to be frozen on language setting and I am unble to get beyond this setting. I have tried to a restore to factory settings but this not work either. Can anyone help me urgently please

Have you tried removing the battery completely for a short while then reinserting and

powering on again?
