Cybershot DSC-w830 cannot see photos stored on SD card from PC but can see them on the phone

Hi All,

I have some photos that I really need to get upload to my PC from my Cybershot. I can see the photos on the phone when switched to play mode no problem.

When in USB mode, the drive that I think represents the SD card never fully loads. The same thing happens when I have tried using play memories.

Any ideas? (Outside of getting an SD card reader)

So strangely this seems to point to a PC issue. I tried on a separate PC and it worked as expected.

Guess i'll check the USB drivers on this PC to start with
