However after upgrading to windows 8&amp;nbsp;the music transfer software became incompatible and sony did not offer any upgrade to cover this.&amp;nbsp; I used the windows c&lt;SPAN&gt;ompatibility assistant&amp;nbsp;for installing old programs but this doesn't work either. The same applies to windows 10.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has anyone tried or can anyone confirm if the &lt;SPAN&gt;HAP Music Transfer Software for Windows will work with the sony gigajuke nas-sc500pk music server? &amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Has anyone tried using a Bluetooth usb adapter to transfer music to the gigajuke nas-sc500pk from a pc with any success?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Any advice will be much appreciated.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;John&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi John,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I dug through the operating instructions manual of the Giga Juke and found that there are detailed instructions on how to transfer or import media files from a computer.
