Are trying to install the version .12 update?

If so there is a guide Here just so you can check

you followed all the procedures.

Hi there I have also downloaded this update, problem is that due to the buttons freezing up and have disconnected the stereo many times. I am unable to install the update. All the years I have been buying headunits this is the first time ever I have had an issue.
