DN1080 - No Wireless surround

Just bought the DN 1080 to drive my entire Sony setup consisting of 55" Android tv, and 9 different Sony speakers, only to find out that 1080 doesnt support Wireless surround.

The DN1070 supports Wireless surround, is Sony really releasing an updated model and cutting down the features ?

Any advice? Should I return the 1080 ?

I am mentioning that the 1080 is lacking a very important feature that the 1070 supports.
