ICF-cl75ip - unclearable battery empty symbol

I have changed the battery CR2032 in upper device and tried to clear the battery empty symbol in its display, but the described procedure in the manual (home -menu -> press 'home+display-button') has no effect as documented.

1. I have already updated firmware to V1.10

2. I have checked the voltage of the new battery and it has 3,1V

3. I have double checked the polarity of the battery installation.

4. I have made a cold start and the stored values like actual time and all other user parameters were still availble after cold boot, so it seems that only the battery empty symbol is active but no effective reason for it.

Has anyone an idea what to do ?

Ich habe die Batterie CR2032 im oberen Gerät getauscht und versuche, das "Batterie-leer-Symbol" in der Anzeige zu löschen, aber das beschriebene Verfahren in der Bedienungsanleitung (home-Menü -> Presse "home + Display-Taste ') hat keine Wirkung, wie beschrieben.

1. Ich habe bereits Firmware V1.10 aktualisiert

2. Ich habe die Spannung der neuen Batterie geprüft und es ist 3,1 V

3. Ich habe die Polarität der Batterie zweimal geprüft.

4. Ich habe einen Kaltstart gemacht und die gespeicherten Werte wie aktuelle Uhrzeit und alle anderen User-Parameter waren noch da, so scheint es, dass nur das "Akku-leer-Symbol" ohne richtigen Grund aktiv ist.

Hat jemand eine Idee, was zu tun?

Die Übersetzung ist so sinngemäß richtig. Ob die Problematik auch auf internalionalen Seiten eingestellt werden sollte, ist abhängig davon, wo die Wahrscheinlichkeit am größten ist, eine Lösung oder wenigsten ein Tip zu erhalten. Frage ist das o.g. Gerät eher außerhalb von Deutschland gängig ?
