I am facing a strange and frustrating issue with my 6 months old Sony WH-1000XM4.</P><P>When I play music on BT, the music pauses every 20 secs and I need to play it again to listen. And this works only once, then I am forced to disconnect and connect to BT to continue listening to music.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>Listening to a 3 min song feels forever with this never-ending pause/play. Tried to reset my Bluetooth settings on my phone, no software update on Headphones app. Tried with multiple audio platforms, issue exists in all of them except videos.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>Has anyone experienced this issue and have this addressed?
