Issues connecting tv to wifi

Hi,

We recently changed internet provider, and since then my Sony Bravia (model KDL-43WD756)

cant connect to the wifi. The firmware is version v8.207 which is up to date I think

I can connect to internet when I plug a lan cable directly into tv. All my other devices connect ok to the new wifi. I even tried changing the channel on wifi but made no difference.

Anyone have any ideas?

Hi @Fenno25 and welcome to the community,

Can you find the WiFi network on your TV? If you can, and are then able to the enter the password to connect, but then find there's just no internet - it might be that some settings need to be adjusted on your router.
