Huge bugs with Horizon Zero Dawn

Bought the game today, game is barely played white pixls all over the screen. https://www.twitch.tv/videos/127323815

Played a lot of different games on my PS4 pro, 40+ different titles. Never had a bug like this totally ruins the game entirely. Can barely look at the screen whilst playing without feeling dazzled.

Hopefully there will be someone here with some good advice otherwise I find it hard to believe a game with such errors can be launched without properly tested.
