Overcharged for Fifa points

I purchased three seprate 500 Fifa coins last night. As I went to buy another, the PS4 said my card information was not valid and to check my settings. I tried a few times and now I have checked my bank account I have been charged for 11 different transactions for the Fifa points. I paid with PayPal and they have only charged me for the three succesful ones.
