Finger print scanner stop working

At first it wasn't working so I rebooted the device when it opend ther were no finger print scanner in my phone like it does not have one

Hi @Lordtata, welcome to our forum and I'm sorry to hear about this.

Do you remember if this occurred after you updated your phone or if you installed a new application very recently?

Can you see the Fingerprint Manager option if you go to Settings > Lock screen & security? If you can't, try rebooting your phone in safe mode. In safe mode all downloaded applications will be temporarily disabled so we can see if any of them is the cause of this.
