HELP.. I've lost the menu option on my arc

I'm not sure how or what I've pressed but I seem to have lost the menu option on my phone and can't seem to get it back. Which means I can't get to any of the other stuff on my phone.

I'm not very tech savvy, please help!

the menu button is the square button in the middle....???

its there....

have you tried restarting the phone..??

the pic you uploaded is yours only right..?? the middle one is the menu button..:smileyplain:

No the photo is not mine... it's from another SE forum/website where it "introduces" the phone..

but yehh, the menu button has just disappeared. so the part that i circled in the photo is gone!

I shut turned off the phone and took out the battery and all but still nothing?

this means u cnt even access ur settings and back up ur data

now only option left is to repair ur software using pc companion or SEUS

BY PC COMPANION >>> pc companion (without connecting ur phone) >>> support zone>> software update>> repair software(written with blue)

BY SEUS http://dl-www.sonyericsson.com/cws/download/1/110/61/1323075336/Update_Service_Setup-2.11.12.5.exe

download this software on ur pc and install it
this will reinstall ur software and everything would be deleted
memory card not affected

yes the above will solve the problem for sure
