Of course the phone has a SIM card etc... it was working on and Wifi networks before I applied the update using PC companion (but I guess you had to ask). I have both 5 and 2.4ghz networks at home, and both are no longer being picked up, nor are my neighbours. Strangely my PS3 is the only access point detected by the network scan.</P><P>Annoyingly, the repair tool deletes contacts, and as I have an encrypted phone, I cant use the PC companion backup facility.
