Xperia T won't software update to Jelly Bean

Hi,

I've tried a number of times to update my Xperia T using PC connect with is stalling at the plug USB back into the phone (volume button pressed down). Nothing happens. It once tried to install a USB fast boot driver on the laptop (that failed too). The phone is unlocked to any network.

Any ideas?

Maybe uninstall PC Connect and re-install?

SUS ( Sony Update Service) ... download and install it on pc and follow the on-screen instructions

Brilliant, thank you.

Update worked after working out the software isn't USB3 complient. Also said it hadn't installed the USB driver properly, but on plugging the phone back in it had. Jelly Bean now running on the phone and all's well.

Hello,

i had the problems with my xperia T,

i was just holding the volume butten for 5 minutes waiting for something to happen,

PC Companion says that you have to push the volume butten but it is the lock/turn on butten

do that and it will update right away hahaha
