Lock screen sound and Touch Sound

Hi All,

I have a Xperia S which is 6 months old, although the system volume,music,videogames,other media,ringtones and notification volume and alarm volume is given to max, the lock screen sound and the touch sound is not working. I checked under Setting- Sound-touch sound (enabled) and Screen lock sound ( enabled ), still the sound is very feeble.Please advise.

Oh and BTW i am in 4.0.4. Please Help

download "Quick Settings" > volumes > system volume > turn it up

Downloaded and installed the Quick settings and increased the volume still facing the same problem 😞 . please advise.

you could do a settings reset and see if that helps or repair your phone with SUS or PCC

Did a Setting reset and started working, but not sure for how long, Should i still perform Update Service (SUS) ? . Thanks a lot for your prompt response.

anytime, it might be an app acting up

it could be an intrusive app such as

taskiller

antivirus

battery apps

ram apps

notification apps

i will do a Full deep scan and check for any threats . Hope the problem doesnt come up again.

remember that you don't need those apps (taskillers, antivirus, battery apps, ram apps, etc)

Removed all unwanted apps. will perform update service. Thanks for all the advise so far,

Hi All,

The same issue i am facing and after Setting reset it ressolves but if i again change my mobile profile from silent to loud than the system volume is agin goes down. I already uninstall all unwwanted applications.

Please guide me how to fix the problem ?
