Those apps are not exactly malicious, they require some permissions which most of them are well known. Yes some of those apps can be considered high risk, but also they need those permissions. If you want to block some permissions you can use an app like "LBE Privacy Guard" or "PDroid Privacy Protection" (ROOT is required)

Yes it is bad and as bigf28 said You can block the permissions or just uninstall these apps.I saw the list and found that I use none of these apps

Never used them they are not good anyways
