Screen lock code ?

I have an Xperia Acro S.

I tried to switch from facial recognition to no screen lock. But then it will have a code that I do not have. Tried with the code I saved but it is not. I also tryed with all other posible codes with no help. 0000 00000 1111 11111 my sim lock code + + +

Is it possible to reset this code?

that's odd but there's a way to reset it but it will delete everything on your phone

I've forgotten that I had installed PREY security on mobile (www.preyproject.com). It turned out that it was not possible to use a password that contains letters, only numbers when the "face recon is on). Because the activation and deactivation of facial recognition is only possible to enter numbers. Because of that it is totally impossible to change the screen lock unlocking method.

(PREY actually change screen lock code, so this is a warning too.!!)

To resolve this issue i did this:

PC:

- Login to preyproject.com and select = "delite this device."

Phone:

- Settings - Security - Device Manager = disable PREY

- Settings - Applications - PREY = Clear all data in PREY APP before uninstalling it.

- Turn off the phone by holding down the on / off and volume up to about 10 seconds.

- Install the PREY again. Open the application and login.

PC:

Now, the new device should be visible, press it.

- In Prey control panel: Turn LOCK ON and create a simple password with only numbers (1234).

Do not forget: "Save changes".

Now you can try to set your phone to "lost phone" Missing. and select "Save changes".

Phone:

- Unlock the phone with facial recognition (because you have no other choice).
