No message deliery report in Tipo

Hi,

I bought the Tipo handset 2 days back. In my previous Android handset, i used to get delivery reports for the sms sent. But in Tipo, even after enabling the delivery report option, I am not getting the delivery reports. I checked with the network provider and it is enabled from the their end. Please let me know the solution of this bug.

Also, the GPS is not able to detect my location. This also needs to be addressed.

hi pranay26 you dont actually get a delivery report pop out but you get a small tick on the message bubble if its delivered . check again

You may want to check with the network provider again as all turning it on in your phone does is notify the network that you want them to enable it. If they have enabled it on their end manually then even with it turned off you should be getting the delivery report notification from them.

Ya Sam... I checked with them.. They have rectified d issue now. Thanks.

Also, cud u plz help me with GPS settings? After enabling from the tools menu... it shows GPS searching for location and after some time it shows Your location is temporarily unavailable. Even the GPS sattelite notification does not blink or glow in the top menu bar. How to see whether the GPS is on or off?
