lagging issue sony m4 aqua dual

i just updated my sony m4 aqua dual sim,before the update everything was fine but after the update i keep having lagging issue when playing games / texting and the battery dry out faster than before plus i check my memory and i still have 1 GB of memory free on the RAM ,plis have an update that will fix these problem especially the lagging coz its has a 2GB ram

Did you reset the phone after you updated it? If not, you should give it a try. Let us know the results.

i format it 3 times after the update but still face the same issue

In that case I suggest that you try to repair the phone software using PC Companion..

Same issue here......after the update the phone(m4) the games are lagging tried the repair option but still facing the issue

The problem is with the new update, in order to control the heat, the processors core remain un utilized, can you please convey the message to technical team, pls fix this lagging behaviour of the phone, give us an oprion to opt between high performance mode and heat control mode, so that it remains user dependant, so that while playing games we can switch over to high performance mode

Pls, convey to technical team, it is very irritating to have such lags while playing low end games in a 24 k phone

Yes a temporary option to switch modes would do until the technical team comes up with a permanent solution......

ok whenever i open my instagram and play store it will just show me a white blank screen and if i opend up my instagram it will freeze pls help me solve this problem

I have exactly the same experience and it's very frustrating. Can't text, use the phonebook etc. Also there is an app storing contacts of 2-300 Mb thar I didn't see before. I don't have that many contacts. It's a caching function that not seem to work. I will very soon go back to my windows phone

I agry!!! It is irritant! Before the M4, my Phone was a quadcore processor and all the games runed perfect. The same games does not run well in M4 aqua...

I'm using M4 Aqua E2353 and it's lagging when playing
game Asphalt 8. I saw other user same device and same
game they playing is smooth.
