You have 2 options

1) contact mcafee so they can give you a pin/unlock your phone

or

2) perform a factory reset, you know that this will delete everything on your phone

Hmm thanks for the reply!!!

1st option is favour and I have unlocked without reset I'll say the process!!

First if you locked your phone with McAfee and you don't know the pin then click on forget pin then they will send you the pin to your mail and enter that and it will ask for the new pin and the new one will be updated only If you Have net access!!!

If you are unable to connect to net in mobile

Actually McAfee won't allow you to access them... So you have to power it on in safe mode

Yo power on in safe mode
1. Power on the device
2. Press the vol down key when you see Xperia logo!!
3. Press and hold till the mobile displays lock. Screen
Then activate your WiFi or net and switcoff with out disconnecting WiFi or net!!!

Then go and enter the pin you got in mail and then type the new pin !!!

If you want to uninstall McAfee then go to the app then search for the uninstall option and it will ask for the pin then type the old pin then enter new pin and it will ask you to uninstall or not!!!
Press ok and your done!!!!!
