once you update to a newer version of android. the added features would also eat up ram. so this is as expected. I suggest to uninstall uniportant apps or review background apps settings>apps

haha short storyline.. your ''another'' 1 GB of ram it's dead.. i have the same on my M4, except that mine ram got dead even when i had Lollipop 5.0.. started with restarting it self like crazy, then didn't want to boot even, i was able to receiveing SMS but cannot make phone calls, both sim cards shows no network coverage, if there was network coverage i was not reachable too just as i mentioned i was able to send and receive SMS.. the mobile data was working fine, and the wi-fi, i still keep the phone, but after the ''dead'' 1 GB of ram is slow and sluggish.. almost not usable.. and yes the restarts still happens not that often now after the ram got away.. but still happens.. oh and just to add.. this about the 883 mb ram.. was discussed long time ago.. but Sony denied to replace the motherboards.. not nice at all from their side

no you didn't get me, i still have the old faulty motherboard isn't changed what i did was updating from Lollipop up to 6.0.1 Marshmallow, but didn't change nothing except the phone isn't restarting that much now (and as i said earlier i lost the other 1 GB of ram on Lollipop version 5.0 not after upgrading to MM), but still 883 Ram.. And no, i don't have SD card inside i have 16 GB version E2363 dual-sim, back then i had like over 50 system accidents when on Lollipop, now is less

No need to change motherboard.. not lollipop, mm cause that problem. The problem inside slot of SD card. here kind of oppose haben between SD card and ram storage in motherboard. At Once this giga gone. If you try to put and out put SD card while device is on then turn off. Wait 5 second and turn on again. Repeat 2 or 3 time your giga will come back... That's exactly what happen with me

seems like you don't understand very well English.. i said i lost the 1 GB of ram on Lollipop not on MM.. after i lost it i did the update in hope it would fix the problem. Everything started with restarts, then was impossible to make calls, was loosing the network, wasn't detecting the sim cards and so on.. and i'll repeat myself again... i don't have SD card.. so SD card can't be the problem.. and if you thought that would fix my 'missing' 1 GB of ram by installing.. then power off etc. i haven't tried, and also i'm not optimistic that it would get fix
