Is that correct?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Whatever the case, the best solution for something like this is to contact your&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/c-sonymobile/Local+support/pd-p/contact_us" class="lia-product-mention" data-product="13-1"&gt;Local support&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;team and arrange an assessment and repair.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
