I dropped my m4 aqua, it still works and the screen isn't cracked, but it won't turn on.
Can someone please help me?

Hi @LoveBug,

Welcome to the community. I am sorry to hear about this issue.

If I understand you correctly, the phone will turn on (as in you can hear notifications, calls etc) but the screen will not turn on. Is that correct?

Whatever the case, the best solution for something like this is to contact your Local support team and arrange an assessment and repair.

@LoveBug,

It sounds like the screen may have physically disconnected. Definitely contact your Local support team.
