I tried everything with than sdcard. It just happened. First I saw blue icons with red sdcard on it. I ejected it, put back, same. I tried it in another phone but no echo. Just like it is not there. That sdcard stoped working end that is for sure
If you search on Google about Xperia's history with ruining sdcards you'll find a lot complaints!!

If i'm not wrong you have M4 Aqua model, that's right? How i know M4 Aqua have very little memory for user, so can be that you modified smartphone operating system (rooted it) and SD card (set as primary), i'm right? SD card without any human edit can't work without any reason bad, even if 2 years and 6 months worked very well, by the way you wrote if i understand you right new SD card which working with your M4 Aqua with Marshmallow well now, so how new SD card working good, old without any reason after update (how you wrote) bricked?

So your idea about damage is possible i think, but i don't understand why you think that need to bring smartphone two Sony service if smartphone looks like is not guilty in this mysterious story? That's why i asked you
