I'm sorry to hear this. As @Quester said, could you elaborate what isn't working properly with your ear speaker?

Have you tested it in the diagnostics tool in your device? You can do that if you go to: Settings > About phone > Diagnostics > Test > Ear speaker. How does the speaker works here?

I also recommend that you try and reboot your device to safe mode to see if this behavior is caused by one of you downloaded apps as these will be temporarily disabled in this mode.
