As &lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/495370"&gt;@Quester&lt;/A&gt; said, could you elaborate what isn't working&amp;nbsp;properly with your ear speaker?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have you tested it in the diagnostics tool in your device? You can do that if you go to: Settings &amp;gt; About phone &amp;gt; Diagnostics &amp;gt; Test &amp;gt; Ear speaker. How does the speaker works here?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also recommend that you try and reboot your device to &lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/c-sonymobile/safe+mode/pd-p/safe_mode" class="lia-product-mention" data-product="187-1"&gt;safe mode&lt;/A&gt; to see if this behavior is caused by one of you downloaded apps as these will be temporarily disabled in this mode.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Let us know how it goes!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
