Micrphone issue

Hello. I own a Sony Xperia M. The issue is the microphone. More exactly, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn`t(the person at the other end of the call can`t hear me but I can hear him). I am having this issue for over a week now. I tested the microphone using Xperia Diagnostics. First 3 tests were a fail. 3 minutes later I tested it again and it was working. I tried with and without noise suppression the problem still persists. Even if I turn it off and on again, the problem still persists. Any ideas? Thank you

Boot the phone in safe mode,see how it goes.There could be a 3rd party app acting up.

Whenever I call somone other side people cannot hear me.even I dint drop my phone one time..Its brand new.. M4 experia.... Its really irritating... What the he'll I don't knw why Sony is becoming worse day by day....This is my last Sony mobile... Good Bye

I'm sure you didn't come here just to rage and drop the mic, we can still assist you in resolving this issue. First of all, boot your phone in safe mode and check if it's the same.
