Today I dropped my Xperia M4 Aqua in swimming pool and it isnt working anymore so please help.

I'm sorry to hear that, contact your Local support and request a vacuum test, this will prove who is at fault, if you have a deffective phone or if the cover wasn't firmly closed or if there is a cracked screen or damaged housing.

I have a Xperia M4 Aqua and its water damaged. When I gave it for diagonisis, I got to know that my phone's motherboard is dead! Is it possible to replace it

Might as well buy a new phone, the mainboard usually costs near the same amount as a new phone.
Have you contacted your local support for a quote on price?
