    <description>&lt;P&gt;Why / How I don't know... The Ring Volume got Turned Off.. &amp;nbsp;Media &amp;amp; Alarm Volume, Bar is all the way Up.. Ring Volume is Blank, No Sliding Bar (???).. &amp;nbsp; How can I correct this.. Only way I knew of an Incoming Call, the Phone Lit Up, No Ring .. Likewise with Incoming Text (number beside Text App)... Help Appreciated, Cheers Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Hello , are you on android marshmallow version? did you check your Do not Disturbed settings if it was activated? also try to press the volume up a few more time to the max. try to restart on #safemode to see if the problem exists</description>

Swipe down the quick settings to make sure it is turned off. I'd also recommend you check under Settings &amp;gt; Sound &amp;amp; notifications &amp;gt; Do not disturb &amp;gt; Automatic rules and make sure that no rules here are active.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are you able to lower the volume? If so, press the volume down button until the sound is disabled. Then try increasing the volume using the buttons again, are you able to increase ring volume?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
