Signal problems, Device keep dying

Ive noticed while playing online games for a while the signal bar drops from LTE to H which causes internet to disconnect for some time.I dont think this is an isp issue because my housemate is using the same isp with no problem. Solutions?

Secondly, my phone keeps dying (happens mostly while going outdoor),I have to boot it up with a charger/powerbank, is this a hardware issue?

Do you experience that issue only while playing games or all the time?

elaborate on the second issue

All the time (but very noticeable while playing games and by tethering hotspot).

Device keeps dying, and the only way to boot it up is by carrying around a powerbank when i leave my house. This problem has been around for two months now. I saw alot of other users have this same problem too based on my observation on the support page.

This is a known hardware issue of M5.

It is 1 week since i bought this phone and till now I've encountered no such problems

Not everyone have this problem. Only 1st and 2nd batch phones have this issue
