Sony Xperia M5 4k video problem

Hi i have been using Sony Xperia M5 for 2 months and recently i wanted to use the 4k video but whenever i launch it it displays me a Error called "Unknown error stopped the app" and i had some issues so i will be very thankfull if you can give me an advice with this problem.Thank you sorry for the wrong spelling.

Sorry to hear about this, however hopefully we can help resolve this for you.

First, can you try clearing the Camera applications data?

Menu > Settings > Apps > Camera > Clear Data

Let us know how you get on.
