Greetings of the day
One issue I am facing since the day I bought my Xperia device I.e m4 aqua dual is that
Whenever I try to call, after selecting the contact or dialing the number at the time of simcard selective option, it always use to stuck out there, that pop-up screen fr simcard selection blinks and gone, then again I need to select the contact and as I go to select the simcard (from which I have to call) that pop-up window again blinks and goes off, sometimes I place a on 2-3 attempts, and sometimes 10-20 times too are not enough,
So it's my humble request to u guys, please look into this matter and get me a solution or a software update with the solution, because I love this phone and Xperia devices a lot, so that that this issue won't be able to force to that xtent where I throw this phone out of the window, which I never want.i am a student and I have invested my hard earned money on this phone, I think now you can get an idea of my attachment with this phone, so guys please help me to get out of this problem.
Looking for a positive revert asap.

Follow this link, you will read how to boot in safe mode:

To make it short, safe mode is a special way to boot your phone on without loading extensions or app at the boot. It's the best way to test what's wrong with the phone as no apps will interfere with the os and the device.

If the phone act normally while in safe mode then the issue is an app installed in your phone.

Itz working fine in safe mode
Bt jz after restarting in safe mode, I have observed it gets heated up a lot
And I was only in the calling window, doing nothing else, observed that battrry consumption is increased drastically, 6-7% in 10 mins,
Though before this also I was facing this issue
Full charge of my phn lasts only 4 hours of usage, without playing any games
Just normal usage and can say around 90mins of chatting (included) that's it.
And initially whn I bought this phone in last October Sony use to claim battry life of m4 is upto 2 days,
But it never lasts more than 10 hours since I bought this

Though I know m arising another issue with the previous, Bt I ve just faced that also, that's why thought to add it too

@CallingWindowProblem,

If the phone is working correctly in this mode, this indicates there is a third party app causing a conflict with the device. In this situation I would advise to remove the downloaded apps one by one to identify which app is causing the conflict.

However, due to the extra issues you have noticed in safe mode, I recommend running a software repair on your handset instead.

Does battery performance will actually get improve after software repair.?

Depends on what is causing the issue. In most cases, yes. Large battery drain is often caused by background apps straining the CPU, which is why you would feel the phone getting hot too. More stress on the CPU means the CPU gets hotter and has to use more power.

And if I will do on my own, will it affect my phone's warranty norms, as it is under warranty now.?

You can use the XC app! Yes, exactly the companion app. It's easy and will fix lot of problems

You can run it yourself on a computer at home, no need to send it away. I linked the instructions in my post but here it is again in case you missed it

But forget to discuss one more issue
Which is, whenever I restart my phone, after all those logo n graphics, it holds on a small screen stating "Android is upgrading" for almost 30 seconds or more.
May I know that reason.?

At every startup? Did you by chance updated your software recently? Anyway if you are going to do software repair that should fix also the optimization processed at each startup.

Yes every startup
Itz been almost 8months or more
Yes last month an automatic update was there on my phone so I ve done
Bt after that also
On every startup m facing this.

That is ok, I will do the software repair
But not now after some days
