topic Display problem in M Series

I bought a Xperia M5 for about 10 days. It worked perfect for 2 or 3 days but after that I´m experiencing problems with its display. It remains black (the backlight turns on) and there´s no way to make it work. Sometimes the image apears three times on the screen, then it flashes and turns black.

I tried to flash the firmware again (it´s on the last version already) but the problem is still the same.

The only way I found to make it work, at least a few minutes, is taking out the SIM card and inserting it again.

Does anybody have the same problem? Did you find a solution?

Thank you very much

If it is a software issue you can try to repair it with Sony PC Companion.
http://support.sonymobile.com/gb/tools/pc-companion/

Hello Phy,

thank you for the answer. I entered the safe mode and the problem persists. I've flashed the ROM twice, in this case it seems to fix the problem but after a few minutes it is back.

Right now the screen is black all the time, it is impossible to operate the phone. The only way I found to solve the problem is taking off the sim card and inserting it again. Unfortunately this solution only works for a couple of minutes until the black screen is back.
