I have a Sony Xperia m4 aqua and originally when I first got the phone all worked fine. Then camera flash didn't work but update sorted that now for weeks my speaker hasn't worked so have had to use headphones now the mic doesn't work for calls and then last night the speaker suddenly works but not that loud and now when I plug in the headphones it picks them up but sound still comes through the speaker. The update came so did that thinking that would sort it but it didn't.
What do I do? I have tried the whole clearing the cache from smart connection and force stopping it then rebooting but nothing any suggestions please help me

Hello,
I bought a Sony Xperia M4 Aqua about 3 weeks ago and I have test for charger, headsets as the regulations. But, a few days later my headphone jack won't detect any headsets or headphones. It works sometimes but at this time it's not working. I've tried with an app called soundabout and it's working but the songs played with a very low sound. And I uninstalled the app later, after that the headphone jack won't work again. I don't know what to do:( please somebody help me:(
