M4 Aqua Constant Screen Flickering*Not Random*

Hello,

My M4 Aqua Dual E2363 has constant screen flickering. So bad it could trigger seizures lol. Is it a software or hardware issue? I've posted on XDA and here is my full explanation.

""""Hello,

I won this phone on eBay for 23 dollars. Seller mentioned that it is fully functional but screen flickers.

I tested the phone and its fully functional. The phone is in pristine condition with no water damage.

I tried everything to try to get rid of the flickering.

-Updated it to stock Marshmallow.
-Unlocked bootloader & flashed a custom kernel & ROM.
-TWRP wiping didn't help
-Disabled HW Overlays in Dev Options.
-Reflashed Stock Marshmallow Firmware.

Nothing works

Here's what I found out though. The phone doesn't flicker when it is only displaying teext in the entire screen such as in Settings. It'll only flicker when it begins to display images such as when I'm in Chrome or changing my wallpaper. When navigating through the phone the flickering is triggered when displaying images, photos, etc but not text.

Does this have something to do with the hardware itself? Can it be fixed?”"""

Okay so remember it's not the screen that's flickering randomly it's actually being "triggered" when the images are displayed.
