No picture in the video

Hello everybody.

I have a problem with my Xperia M4 Aqua. When I try to see the video I`ve made there is no picture but there is a sound. When I try to see other downloaded videos there is no picture too. Youtube doesn`t work at all. I was using MX Player and standart Sony Player. Help me please!

UPD I`ve restarted my Xperia, youtube and downloaded videos work now. But there is still no picture in the videos I take. Nowhere.

It depends on what videos you are trying to watch.

Just videos from my smartphone`s camera.

So with recorded videos and downloaded videos the situation is the same? Or only for recorded videos?

It happens the same to me. No picture in recorded videos. Screen in Black, sounds yes. What should I do? Thanks

Try settings-apps-all,scroll down to camera,force stop and clear data. Also, where do you store the files, internal or microSD?

Only 1 month has gone and till date such problem is reported twice.

This is a unique problem seen in my M4 Aqua mobile. This is second time I have observed this problem.

Based on this mail I will route my problem through CONSUMER COURT OF INDIA.

Return my money back or replace my mobile else the matter will be routed legally.
