TV picture and sound not coming on after standby

TV picture and sound not coming on after standby switch on. I’ve have to reset (reboot) to fix. I’ve unplugged the TV numerous times and still the problem persists. Not yet found a fix any ideas?

The starting point for any question is the full model number of your TV, else we could be talking about a Sony TV from the last century!

Hi, my TV is KD55 AF85. I’ve now fixed the issue by completing a factory reset.
