My TV sound disappears then it restarts when i turn it on. It is a KD-65AF8

When I turn my TV on (By pressing home button on Sky Q remote) the sound goes off for a few seconds then the TV reboots. This can be quite annoying.

It has happened once when TV has been on a while too.

It does this about 1 in 4 times I turn it on.

I have up to date software.

Hey there,

Does it happen even if you switch the TV with the Sony remote and not the Sky remote?
And does it happen on all sources? Or just the input for Sky?
I would suggest changing the HDMI signal format: https://bit.ly/3wiHY19.
And maybe reset the sound settings, and test it once more: Settings] — [Display & Sound] - [Sound].
