      <title>iPlayer UHD incorrect screen format on 48A9</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Iplayer UHD pictures are being squeezed so people look narrow. &amp;nbsp;I believe the problem is the TV thinks that the titles are 4096 x2160 (full 4k) and auto scales it to 3840x2160 (UHD)….the problem here is the original is already 3840x2160 so the TV’s auto adjustment causes this problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;in addition to this the display screen settings are greyed out ‘not available’. &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How can this get fixed??&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Software says it’s up to date and friends say there’s are fine on other brands. &amp;nbsp;It’s definitely incorrectly scaling.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi again, that's actually not the software version for the TV, press on the help button on the remote and on the help menu on the top corner you will find the model number and software version for the TV, it should start as "PKG".&lt;/P&gt;</description>
