Green screen on oled

hi can anyone advice on how to fix a green image on the screen. eg would be if there is 3 people on the screen the centre would be grey while the other people would be green. problem only started over the last day . so don't know what the problem could be

Thanks Peter for your help. I seen it on the tv it has a image refresh option on my tv . I must try that and see if that will sort it.
