&lt;P&gt;I recommend you contact Sony Customer Support by phone:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;+44 (0) 2073652810&lt;BR /&gt;Opening hours:&lt;BR /&gt;Monday to Friday: 09:00 - 18:00. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Before calling make sure you have your TV model and serial number written down on a paper. You can find these on the manufacturer label placed on the rear of the TV. Also have your purchase receipt at hand. Hopefully they will be able to lookup your specific case and provide you with the right answer.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Purchased a new Sony Android Smart T.V. last July, developed a fault a month ago which i seeked&amp;nbsp; help and advice, still waiting to get the issue resloved ! Past from pilar to post, no one retuns my calls, when they say they will ring, i am in dispair. I am a single pensioner and rely on that T.V.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Help!!!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
