Hi, I am contemplating buying the KD49XF9005BU tv but the legs (stand) it sits on are wider than the unit I intend to put it on. Is it possible to fit the legs at the opposite sides so that they point inwards. The guys in John Lewis tell me it is but I don't want to buy it and then find out it's not possible. A quick look at it in the shop suggests they might.

Thanks for your quick response. It certainly looks like they are handed so it's back to the drawing board to find something as good at the right price.

In your situation you would need a table stand to be mounted using the VESA mount.

I've seen a video on YouTube where this is done but personally I wouldn't as the TV is quite wide
