I can't get a picture over HDMI 2 on my pro.

I get white noise or a blank screen. I can get a 1080P picture though. The HDMI is already set to advance format.

HDMI 3 is set up the same yet works fine, although i occasionally get a white noise interference before the picture drops out on occasions. other times i can play all night with no issues.

I have heard of some PS4pro issues on other tv's and those TV's have required firmware updates..could Sony TV's also suffer?

your TVs has two HDMI for 18 Gbps by PS4 Pro, HDMI 3 and 4...

2 HDMI 1/2 with HDCP 2.2 for signals up to 9 Gbps (1 with ARC)

2 HDMI 3/4 with HDCP 2.2 for signals up to 18 Gbps

Any idea why hdmi3 will occasionally cut out and also reboot the TV when using a pro?

Honestly no... But I don't think is an hardware issue...

Your cable is ok? It' is the PS4 Pro HDMI cable?
You can try a Reboot of Android TV... Press hold the Power/OFF key on the remote up to TV's reboot...
