Cant download firmware update from sony website

Not sure if this is the correct place? Ive been trying to download the firmware update for kd-55x8509c for a week now. i cant get the sony site to work?
ive tried chrome and ie 2 different browsers and left it over night but the link
http://download.sony-europe.com/PUB/TV/ANDROID/2015/sony_tvupdate_2015_3509_eub_auth.zip

does nothing it just says waiting for sony.co.uk

anyone else got the same issue? or the file sony_tvupdate_2015_3509_eub_auth.zip

sorry but I haven't problem to download it, I used Chrome dev on Windows 10 Anniversary Update build 14393.222.

Hi there

Download works fine for me - Windows 7 using Firefox.

Suggest clearning browser cache/cookies etc.

Yes I have been told to do the same and cant even find the download you mentioned - I think they have dreamt it up. Sony are absolutely dreadful - TV not worked since we bought it TOTAL WASTE OF £2500 CANT BELIEVE THE RUBBISH WE HAVE BOUGHT ABSOLUTELY DREADFUL SUPPORT - NO ANSWER WHEN I ASK FOR HELP

Did you try to Power On using the small back panel Power button?

If this cannot power ON, then a Sony Service technician must be called and check your issue.

Your TV is under guarantee and could be replaced by a new set.

I'm having the same problem. I think sony is doing load balancing and it has problems in some servers. I tried to download some drivers and got the File Not Found message. A few moments later, I tried again and they worked ok. Now the same links that worked minutes ago are again showing the file not found message:

Now I'm trying to download this one and keep getting 404 errors
