Help needed for my Vaio Laptop VPCEB1EOE

Hi there

I have had terrible problems with my vaio laptop to the point that it needed a new homeboard installed. I now find my Vaio Care updater won't install updates:smileycry:leads me to error message that it doesnt recognise the laptop?! My laptop model number is no longer deatectable by Sony Support?!! Given that my laptop is only 19 months old I am at a loss at to what to try next. I tried trouble shooting and doen all the usual things. Can anyone help me?

My experience so far is not good and I wont be inclined to buy another Sony product. Tesco's had my laptop repaired, three cheers for them

Sorry can't help having same problem myself, same model etc. Sony site is useless can't contact via email and I'm not giving them the courtsy of making money on a phone call. I definately won't buy sony again and won't reccomend them either
